CONGER BAIT
Whole fish, squid and cuttlefish baits are all readily accepted by conger eel

CONGER TACKLE
30lb Class rods or 10oz uptide rods are recommended when specifically fishing for Conger. Running Ledgers, with heavy mono or wire traces are the usual tackle used in the Channel
