Fresher than forecast winds kept us inshore for the majority of the day,only getting out to our favorite Smoothound mark later in the day.The weather didn`t completly spoil the day witha good mixed bag of Smoothounds,Rays,Doggies and conger…..
St Helens SAC made the long trek from Liverpool to join us for the day.The Smoothound action continued,although not a frantic as the previous day.Common and Starry smooties,Conger,Dogfish and Pout made up a mixed days catch.
A beautiful day with flat calm conditions and sunshine all day,the boys from the fishing forun once again joined us for a days Smoothound fishing Off Nash point.A great day with non stop action saw over 35 Smoothies to 13lb 8 oz boated and released.Peeler crab bait proving deadly.

Mixed ground fishing off Aberthaw and Rhoose ,producd a mixed bag including doggies,Bull huss,Smoothounds and Congers in less than ideal conditions !…..Many thanks to the weather man for getting it totally wrong again !!!!
